Pippin “simplified” the reservation book while Gorm was away at the beer fair. Since then:
- Gorm can no longer cancel a reservation that is already confirmed: the button has disappeared;
- tonight, Bilbo has been sitting at his table for an hour, but the reservation book refuses to honor his reservation: “the meal has not taken place yet”;
- a traveler whose reservation was canceled received a “Your table awaits” scroll, and he showed up;
- and when Gorm cancels a mere request, the traveler receives two contradictory scrolls.

Tavern tip
A workflow is a description: most of these failures raise no error at all. Compare what the configuration describes with what the tavern must do, and read the scrolls that were sent, not just their subject.
